AUDITION

1. Initial screening (first screening) Based on the documents and information submitted, our team will carefully screen your applications. We will select the right candidates based on the criteria we have set. The screening will be completed within one month and only successful candidates will be contacted. If you have not received any contact within two months of your application, unfortunately, it means that you did not pass the first round of screening. 2. Review of additional materials (secondary review) Candidates who pass the first round of screening will be asked to submit additional materials (such as specific photos or videos) for further detailed screening. 3. Interview and camera test (third round) Candidates who pass the second screening will be asked to come in for an interview and camera test. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian. 4. Final Selection (Final Examination) As a final step, the selection team will hold a final meeting to decide whether or not to hire the applicant.
